Postage Information
We currently are running a flat rate based shipping rate on most UK postal addresses, this doesn't include some Scottish Highlands or certain Islands. This is due to the surcharges that couriers unfairly place on these areas. For all non-flat rate postage we base our shipping charges on the current parcel force (royal mail) rate of postage.
To make sure you receive the fewest shipments possible, we'll do our best to ship everything to you at once. If we need to send you more than one shipment, we'll only charge you once for the charges that apply to the total value of your order. Overnight delivery will require a signature. For all other methods of delivery, we recommend that someone be available to accept the package as a signature is usualy required.
CabergLids strives to process orders for in-stock items within one business day of receipt of order. We do not process orders on Saturdays, Sundays and any major public holidays.
Orders will be processed and shipped once we receive credit card authorisation.
We cannot ship to PO boxes or destinations within Indonessia at this time. 21-Day shipping is required for destinations outside the UK, however they usually arrive within 7-10 working days.
CabergLids.co.uk stands behind every product it sells. Our goal is simple: We want you to feel as confident with your online purchase as you would if you were standing inside a brick and mortar high street shop.
You may return merchandise purchased online for size, fit, or style reasons within 7 days of placing your order, provided it has not been damaged, washed, altered or worn. There is a 10% returns charge in order for us to take any items back, this returns charge reflects the low prices that we demand from our suppilers and pass onto you. This 7 day returns is part of the UK distant selling regulations.
Of course if there's a defect, we'll make things right. All our products are covered under the releative manufacturer warranty against material and manufacturing defects, even if 7 days have passed since your purchase. If we determine that a product has a material or manufacturing defect, we'll replace it.
